We also offer small group and one-to-one instruction in Pilates Reformer. YOGA, POWER YOGA & BUTI YOGA
Just Breath! Yoga is a practice for optimizing the health of the body and quieting the mind. It includes a variety of activities, including postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), and lifestyle practices.
PILATES, PIYO & AMPD POWER FLOW
Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.
CHAIR YOGA & SIT AND GET FIT
Strengthen your muscles & posture: Stretching gradually increases elasticity, tone, and strength of muscles. It also improves range of joint motion, suppleness and posture. Plus it helps prevent stiffness and injury as well as improving general well-being and vitality.
